Your client portal for downloading DataTools software

Updates for DataTools software is now available via your client portal Dash. 

Dash allows you to access your latest software/data updates, serial numbers and important news regarding DataTools or the update. Whenever a new update is ready you will be alerted by email with a link to login to Dash.

Am I eligible to access to Dash?

As long as your company is a current subscriber to DataTools software (Twins, BAT, RAT, FPC, PAFLink etc) you will be eligible to access Dash. Please call us to check your eligibility on (02) 9687 4666.

Who at my company can login to Dash?

Your company’s main contact should have already been invited to use Dash & will have set up their own login.
However Dash allows for more than one person at a company to be allowed access. This means your IT contact etc. can also have their own login and access to all your software.
If you would like other email/s at your company to be given access – please let us know via support@datatools.com.au or on (02) 9687 4666 and we will send that contact an invitation to Dash.

I can’t remember my password

At the Dash login page – please use the “Forgot your password?” link to reset your password.

Where is my serial number for my software?

In the top right corner of your product in the download area is a button with Serial number on it. Click this to see your serial number for that product.

How do I download my software?

In the Products and Downloads area all current product/s will be listed. Click on the Download button beside the product. This will download a zip file to the downloads folder on that PC.

How do I install my software from the download?

Copy the above zip file from the pc’s download folder to the desktop of the PC the software is on. Unzip the contents via right click> Extract All to the Desktop. This creates a folder that contains the install. Find the Setup.exe and right click >Run as admin to kick off the install.
