This error can occur when trying access more than your purchased amount of licenses.
I can also happen when AVM has been opened multiple times on the one pc.
The way to fix this is by:
1. Open task manager.
2. Find Datablue AVM for office
3. End Task all instance
4. Then reopen AVM
